Refunds and Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 48hr money-back guarantee from the time you purchased your listing. Please email us at email@example.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problem. We recognise that sometimes things don’t work out the way you wish they would. This is why we offer a 48hr money back guarantee for candidate listings. To protect against someone misusing our generosity we have a couple of conditions on this refund policy.
All requests must be made within 48hrs of the date you purchased the listing. People who request multiple refunds may be deemed to be abusing the policy and this will initiate a fraud investigation into the circumstances. If approved, the person/organisation who has purchased the candidate profile listing must request the refund.
